Key Responsibilities
• Provide inspirational and effective leadership and management to a team of 20+ software developers, architects and QA engineers currently engaged in Version 1 design, implementation and delivery of virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) management technology

Acting in a CTO-like capacity, the Managing Architect will drive innovation across the company for our client, orchestrating the cross-divisional development of the company's technical strategy in numerous critical hardware/software boundary areas including: parallel computing, processor and server architecture, virtualization, memory, networking, power management, security, mobility, video, and graphics.
The Managing Architect and his/her technical staff will oversee, set priorities and provide guidance for the task forces composed in part of Technical Fellows and Distinguished Engineers, in order to develop, drive and monitor implementation of the technical strategy.
